Julie Ann DeBoever Obituary

    Julie Ann DeBoever, 55, passed away on september 8, 2025, in Washougal WA. She was born in Portland, OR to Harvey Powell and Linda (Blanchet) Powell. She was the oldest of 4 children ; Two sisters, Ramona and Taunya, and one brother Chris. Growing up she lived in Vancover, moving to Washougal in 1982. She graduated from an alternative high-school in 1992.


 


   Julie met her husband of 28 years, James DeBoever, on a blind date at the former Riverside Bowl in Camas. Their romance blossomed, and Jim and Julie were married on Jin 28,1997 in Camas, at St. Thomas catholic Chruch. Jim and Julie lived in and apartment until they moved into their home in Washougsl in 1998. Julie was a devoted house wife, she ran a loving and happy home for her family.


 


   Julie had a variety of jobs, including chasiering and childcare. In 1992, she recieved her CNA license and went on to care for seniors, including  working at Lookout Ridge Senior living until she passed. Julie enjoyed bowloin, country music, watching movies, and playing video and computer games. She spent her leisure time with family, including her much loved nieces and nephews. She Loved Disneyland and going to the  beach. She recently enjoyed a trip to Lincoln city with her husband.


 


   Julie is preceded in death by her parents and several uncles. she is survived by her husband, James DeBoever, her sisters Romona Jeffery (David), Taunya Anen(Steve0, her brother, Chris Powell (Michele), her aunt Judy Jones, Karen Thorton, and many nieces and nephews.


      Julie will be remebered at a graveside service at the Camas Cemetery on October 10, 2025 at 1:00pm.
