Mary Jane (Carr) Henderson Passed peacefully on May 13th 2025at her home in Washougal, WA at the age of 77. Her husband Daniel Lee Henderson was with her and holding her hand as she passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Heavan after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Jane was a school teacher that loved children and thaught elementray and secondary education in public school.She was allso very active in the churches we attended both in bible study and in the ministyof Jesus Christ. She recieved her BS degree in education from Lamar College in Beaumont, Texas in August of 1969. She also was a assistant for a pediatric clinic while in califonia.
Jane was born in Paduca, Texas to Cecil and Mildred Carr both deceased and has one sister, Suzanne (Carr) Little also Deceased. Daughter, Carrie Alice (henderson) Douglas Preceded Jane in death. Her surviving relatives are her Husband, Daniel Lee Henderson; Daughter Amy Lampe and her husband, Daniel Lampe; Daughter Christie Bell and her usband Dr. Bryan Beel; Granddaughters, Katlin Beel, Jessica Beel, Madeline Lampe, Claire Lampe; and Emily Douglas; Niece Vivki (Little) Niedermayer, Nephew Brent Little, and Nephew sean Little; and Cousin Tommy J Boley.
Jane's Memorial service will be at Grace Foursquare Church at 717 SE Everett Road Camas, WA at 10:00 am on MAy 24th 2025, Pastor Dave McCabe Presiding. Visiting Pastor Judith Henderson From Bixby, Oklahoma will present Jane's Eulogy. There will be a reception right after the service at Church. Jane will be laid to rest at Fern Valley Memorial Garden, Clark County Washington with Family Attending. The granddaughters and a close friedn af a granddaughter will be serving as pallbearers. The Family thanks Pastor Dave McCabe for providing ch resources for th memorial service. The familt also thanks Laurie Young For providing and coordinating caregiving services to Jane at at home Beginning in early Febuary until Jane's passing in May. The family would appreciate contributions to supprt organizations seeking care for Parkinson's disease.
