Rose Marie “Rosie” (Davis) Sadewasser passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, as she wished - in the beautiful home that she shared with her youngest daughter, Keri, surrounded by loved ones. Rose lived for 79 happy years; grateful for the 40 extra years she was given after the stroke in 1982 almost took her from us. She would say she felt she was given another life. And live that life she did - baking, sewing, knitting, road tripping, volunteering, and gardening, including mowing her own lawn while using a walker?!? Oh yes, her “2nd” life came with increasing physical challenges, but Rose didn’t complain. Instead, she remained focused on what she COULD do and kept enjoying her life, whole-heartedly. Her never-ending courage and resilience inspired all who knew her. As did her kindness and patience. And that laugh - oh how Rosie loved to laugh. The family invites you to join them in their celebration of Rosie’s life: Saturday, April 2nd 11:00 AM Washougal Methodist Church 4020 M St If you’d like to make a donation in honor of Rosie, she loved sewing and helping others. She spent hours and hours sewing quilt tops for local charities with her church group. And she loved, loved, loved children.
