Obituary of Michael Lawrence Holmes

Michael Lawrence Holmes died suddenly in the hospital early Sunday morning, April 9th 2017 from cancer. He would have been 56 years old on April 23rd. 

He was born in Portland, OR in 1961, beloved first child of Richard A. and Barbara A. Holmes. He grew up in Oregon City, OR the eldest of five children.

Michael's father passed away in 2014. He is survived by his mother, two brothers (Brian and Richie) and two sisters (Denise and Linda) and his life partner Debbie Greenslitt. He leaves behind 15 nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday April 21st at 1pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 18th Street in Vancouver, WA. Interment follows at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas, WA.
